10 breweries, 5 wineries, and 2 trails take you all over Licking County touring the hop and the vine.
2019 Beer Trail
The highly anticipated inaugural start to a trail consisting of 10 breweries. No two the same, every brewery has something different to offer. Beer, entertainment, food, and community.
2019 wine trail
The second year of the wine trail features 5 wineries throughout the county. Some grow their own grapes, others produce their own blends, and each are unique in their own way. Come for the wine, stay for the laid back atmosphere and wide open spaces at each winery.
4th of july newark - cotc / osu newark
The Newark city fireworks are hosted each year at the Central Ohio Technical College / OSU-Newark college campus. The festivities go on all day and lead up to an amazing fireworks display every year.
buckeye lake blast - 4th of july
Making its long awaited return in 2019, the Buckeye Lake Blast fireworks over the lake is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Wether watching from the shore or on the bow of your boat, there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

route 40
Historic Route 40 runs from New Jersey to Utah, nearly coast to coast. US 40 stretches the entire length of the county from east to west, parallel and close to the southern border.
