Abbey Roy is a northeast Ohio native who moved to Licking County after graduating from Kent State University in 2007. She only expected to stay here a couple years, but is nearing her decade mark and couldn’t be happier.

She is a newspaper columnist, freelance writer and editor, mom to three girls and wife to a pretty stellar husband; she and her family love to explore everything this great county has to offer.
