January 12 at 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Are you hoping for a brand new camera for the holidays? Join for this 4 week course and learn how to use it! The class will focus on the introductory aspects of digital photography and how to use a D-SLR camera with manual adjustments. Students will learn in a hands-on environment by executing specific projects pertaining to basic camera controls such as Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO. The class will also explore composition through the Principles and Elements of Design and observing some of the great photographic masters throughout history. Participants will engage in a semi-formal critique of their images and end the course with an exhibition of their work in the Eddie Wolfe Gallery. Students are required to bring their own D-SLR camera.
