Licking County Library has been serving Newark and Licking County since 1908. There are five locations, including: Downtown Newark, Lakewood in Hebron, Johnstown (Mary E. Babcock), Utica, and West Newark (Emerson R. Miller). A Mobile Library provides outreach services throughout Licking County, and 24-Hr Kiosks in Hanover and Pataskala.
